계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없어도 이 페이지에서 웬더 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
웹에서 삭제 요청하기
가입한 휴대폰으로 본인 인증 후 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 인증번호와 생년월일은 아래 본인 확인에만 입력해주세요.
인증 정보는 이 화면에서만 사용됩니다. 화면을 닫거나 새로고침하면 다시 본인 인증해야 합니다.
가입한 휴대폰을 사용할 수 없다면 고객센터에 계정 확인 방법을 문의해주세요. 비밀번호·인증번호·신분증 사진을 문의에 첨부하지 마세요.
앱에서 회원 탈퇴하기
마이페이지 → 설정 → 탈퇴 하기에서 안내에 따라 본인 확인 후 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 로그인 세션과 푸시 토큰이 해제되며, 계정 복구를 위해 30일 동안 회원 정보가 보존됩니다. 30일이 지나면 복구할 수 없으며, 계정과 연결된 데이터 및 전용 첨부 파일의 영구 삭제가 진행됩니다. 웹 요청도 동일한 삭제 절차로 처리됩니다.
삭제 대상과 별도 보관 정보
삭제 요청 대상에는 가입 휴대폰 번호, 닉네임, 생년월일, 프로필 이미지, 계정에 연결된 옷차림·피드백·사진·게시물 및 이용 기록이 포함됩니다. 계정 확인 과정에서 삭제 범위와 별도 보관이 필요한 기록을 안내합니다.
개인정보처리방침에 따라 계약·청약철회 및 결제·공급 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록은 3년, 부정이용 방지 기록은 1년 등 해당 보관 사유가 있는 기록은 별도 보관될 수 있습니다. 보관 사유와 기간이 끝나면 파기 대상이 됩니다.
앱 삭제나 회원 탈퇴만으로 앱 마켓의 유료 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다. 구독 중이라면 Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 관리 화면도 확인해 주세요. 구독 관련 도움이 필요하면 삭제 문의에 함께 적어 주세요.
Request deletion of your Whenther account
You can request account and associated data deletion using the verification form above without reinstalling the app. Verify your registered phone number by SMS and enter the six-digit birth date used for your account, then explicitly confirm deletion. If you no longer have access to that phone number, use the contact form to ask about account verification. Do not send passwords or verification codes through the contact form.
In-app withdrawal is available under My page → Settings → Withdraw. Account recovery is available for 30 days. Permanent deletion of associated data begins after this recovery period. The verified web request follows the same process. Payment and contract records may be retained for 5 years, dispute records for 3 years, and fraud prevention records for 1 year under our privacy policy. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
