Why does the current weather look old?
Check the observation time on the weather card. The website refreshes periodically, but source publication and connectivity can cause delays. If old values persist, check KMA and report the location and time through Contact.
Are the clothing examples personalized?
Web guidance uses feels-like or air temperature as general reference information. It is not a complete outfit personalized to your body, taste or wardrobe. Consider outing times, rain, wind, activity and fabrics.
How far ahead can I see?
Available dates depend on the location and source data. Read the actual dates and times on the hourly and daily displays. The daily view also includes past dates; not every column is a future forecast.
Where do weather and air-quality data come from?
The site uses KMA observations and forecasts and Korea Environment Corporation AirKorea data. Clothing guidance and road-surface temperature are Whenther interpretations or estimates, not official measurements.
Where can I learn more about dressing for the weather?
The guide explains how to read departure and return forecasts and consider feels-like temperature, rain and layers. Use it alongside the hourly forecast for your location.
Where can I check app features and pricing?
Check the installed app and its store listing for current features and paid products. Older news about launches or promotions may not reflect current conditions. Contact us if you need clarification.
How do I report an error?
Use Contact and include the location, time and displayed value or clothing example. Remove unnecessary personal information from any screenshot you share.
